SHIPPING POLICY
We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Delivery times may vary based on location and shipping method selected.
International shipping is available; however, customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once hair has been opened, worn, installed, dyed, or altered in any way.
• Items must remain in original condition: unused, unwashed, with tags and original packaging intact, to qualify for consideration.
• If a return is approved due to a product defect or shipping error, the item must be sent back within 7 days of delivery.
refunds
Refunds are only issued if:
• You receive the wrong item.
• There is a proven manufacturer defect.
• The package was never delivered due to an error on our end.
• Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return is inspected and approved.
ORDER PROCESSING POLICY
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days upon receipt of payment.
Shipping details, including tracking information, will be provided once the order is dispatched.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses.
order cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, as long as the order has not shipped.
